Job Description

The Early Stars Faculty will focus on delivering a high-quality literacy program for children aged 4-6, fostering an inclusive, trauma-informed, and exciting classroom environment.
They will design and implement lesson plans, take online classes, assess student progress, collaborate with curriculum developers, report to the Education Manager for feedback, and engage with parents and communities to support holistic literacy development.
They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the program, by coordinating with the team.

Design and review weekly lesson plans and unit plans, incorporating feedback from the Education Manager.
Provide personalized academic support to children, helping with homework, projects, and test preparation.
Assess students’ learning styles, address challenging areas, and track progress through practice tests and feedback
Create engaging presentations and activities to develop critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and conscience.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that respects gender, diversity, and equity.
Participate in community visits across Delhi to enhance student support, when required.
Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and address any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine lesson plans and teaching strategies for continuous improvement.

Education: A minimum of 1–2 years in teaching or research is required. Familiarity with lesson planning and experience in curriculum development is a plus.

Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, research, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace tools
