Zindagi Fellowship is a four-month online entrepreneurship program for Dalit, Bahujan, Adivasi women, non-binary and transgender youth to take the lead in their economic empowerment.

To boost the career and business readiness of the Zindagi Fellows, we conduct workshops on leadership training, language and digital literacy, among others. We provide them with laptops and internet so that they can attend online classes designed to address their main needs and challenges regarding business plan development. Their learning journey is accompanied by mentoring, networking, and exposure to various seed funding organizations and investors to support their ideas and businesses. Fellows have the opportunity to enhance their storytelling and presentation skills by presenting their pitch. At the successful completion of the fellowship, the fellows receive a certificate of graduation and a seed fund for their business.
Our Vision
Through this flagship program, we aim to build a network of the emerging generation of Dalit, Bahujan and Adivasi (DBA) women, non-binary and transgender youth who are entrepreneurs, working professionals and change makers.
